Made possible through the generous support of the Kindlund family, the RV Learning Center Scholarship reflects Newt and Joanne Kindlund’s commitment to supporting the next generation of RV industry leaders.

Each year, one outstanding undergraduate student is awarded a $5,000 scholarship to support their educational journey. This opportunity is open to rising sophomores, juniors, and seniors pursuing degrees in business, finance, economics, accounting, or other fields related to the RV industry.

Students who are currently working in the RV industry, have a family connection, or aspire to build a career in this dynamic field are encouraged to apply.

Eligibility Requirements*

To be considered, applicants must:

-- Be a rising sophomore, junior, or senior enrolled in an undergraduate program
-- Be attending, or accepted to, an accredited four-year college or university
-- Be majoring in a field related to the RV industry (e.g., business, finance, economics, accounting, or similar areas)
-- Maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
-- Demonstrate an interest in or connection to the RV industry
-- Show a commitment to contributing to their educational expenses

*Dealer principals and their dependents are not eligible to apply

Application Requirements

Applicants will be asked to provide the following:

-- A completed essay (500 words or less) describing educational goals, career aspirations, and connection to or interest in the RV industry
-- FAFSA information and a financial commitment statement outlining how they plan to contribute to their educational expenses
-- An official transcript from the most recently completed academic year
-- A resume or list of extracurricular activities, honors, and achievements
-- A current headshot
-- Optional (but encouraged): SAT or ACT scores (minimum 1040 SAT or 22 ACT recommended)
