We’re looking for engaging, practical education sessions that provide real-world insights and actionable takeaways for RV dealership professionals.

This Call for Proposals is for the convention’s tracked education program, which is non-promotional and focused on unbiased, educational content. Sessions should be designed to inform and educate, not to promote products, services, or specific companies.

While we welcome proposals on a variety of topics, the program committee has identified several priority areas for this year’s event:
• Fixed operations performance & profitability
• Customer experience and communication
• Recruiting, training, and retaining technicians or fixed operations staff
• AI and technology use in the dealership
• Dealership profitability & financial management
• Technical and service management skills
• Parts inventory management & profitability
• Process efficiency and operational improvement
